Located in Western Mass, the Every Thread Handwoven studio welcomes you to explore the medium of weaving on floor looms and tapestry looms! Offering classes in the craft of weaving as well as the craft of weaving relationships with Self and others.

As a licensed coach with a wide background of education and experience I work in-person and online with groups and individuals to deepen awareness and exploration into relationship with Self - to move towards intentionally and consciously co-creating relationships of all kinds that feel in alignment with and honoring the true Self.

Handwoven for Home + Ritual

There is a magic in all that we are in relationship with, including the things we engage with on the daily. Home is where I practice intentional centering of Self and part of that is the materials, the aesthetics and the function of the things I use and interact with. These handcrafted offerings are designed and created to support and light up that magic through ritual and creative connection.

The Weaver as Archetype

This studio is a little different from other weaving studios in that it centers the Weaver, the creator, the Self and uses weaving as the medium. This means that for every weaver there will be a different expression + desire. For some there is a desire or an interest calling them to learn the craft of weaving for any number of reasons. For some there is a call to awaken long dormant creativity and self expression, whether directly related to weaving or not. Our studio provides offerings that span being as free form or structured of an experience as you’d like, or maybe it’s a bit of both for you! What is encouraged is you exploring the weaver in you, regardless of ever becoming a life long weaver of textiles.

The Weaver brings relationships into form. The Weaver plays with and navigates both the shadows and the light. The Weaver connects with and honors Self to bring all other relationships into form. Knowing and bringing the hands of creation into the light.

The first time I pulled a textile off of the loom was in 2012. I was mesmerized. A spell had been cast. I had just created a textile from threads and I was absolutely blown away at the powers of creation. Of something I had interacted with from the day I was born and yet had never known or even considered how they were created. To create the basic fabric (pun intended..?) of society. I was learning to trust something deep inside me.

Weaving, for me, has become a metaphor for creative powers, a practice of bringing into form. Weaving relationships of all kinds. Exploring my true creative self, learning the skills that have been hidden or obscured, I am able to truly weave my Self into all of my relationships. This, to me, is living a magical life. And it is what this studio is rooted in, continually expanding as it grows and evolves, as we weave it into being, again and again.
